TMA1431 Creative Studio: Micro Project- Video
May 5, 2021For this Micro Project I was asked by photographer and friend Leanne Galloway to assist with a video for her project research. This involved me using a Nixon D810 to video Leanne in a rural landscape setting. I agreed as this will also help me with the development of my project as I am wanting to produce a video to also go along with my imagery/magazine. This experimentation with video has helped massively in understanding how to focus the camera correctly and showed me that the use of a tripod maybe extremely beneficial if wanting my video to be steady (no shaking). It has also shown me the massive quality difference between using a professional camera for film vs my iPhone. This is a process i will be continuing with and my next step will be to experiment with a professional video camera and sport, by capturing motion and experimenting with compositions.
